- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Completely unsatisfactory processes and procedures that fail to evaluate a potential health event at the counter. We arrived 15mins late for the walk in service to be told in no uncertain terms there was nothing to be done. My husband may well have been experiencing early heart arttack symptoms, he was never asked, (thankfully it wasn't the case) however his age it was entirely possible, this is unacceptable service from health professionals, that need to reassess their front desk protocol.by Chrissy HeathornMay 28, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We all had high hopes of this town centre medical centre when it opened. I really thought this might be a positive move especially as Doctors from other nearby medical practices were asking me to publicly oppose its opening. In time, as I lived in the town centre I transferred to them. Good points? Locum Doctors but generally very much on the ball aside from the very odd one who lectured me on the evils of eating chicken. So why the poor rating? Unfortunately this medical centre has an unwelcome side. It seems to specialise in employing rude and incompetent administration and reception staff. So much so that the only amusing aspect of visiting this centre is to read the signs insisting that patients should not be rude to the staff when it should be the other way round! On my last three visits it has been empty. Perhaps others are registering elsewhere?by Martin LandMay 22, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst experience ever from a GP. Repeat blood tests as they failed to request the right ones, rude staff who don't listen and requests for call backs ignored, locum Drs (never seen a perm one) who hesitate to prescribe for regular precription for longer than one month (I literally begged), and long opening hours only available for emergency patients.
